Party FAQs

Do I need to pay for parents of guests?

You only to need to include/pay for guests who will participate on Airborne attractions. Seating within the party area/room may become limited, but there is general seating throughout the park. You may want to add extra pizzas for any non-participating guests.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all guests who wish to participate must complete an online waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone 18 or older can sign for themselves. We strongly suggest sharing the waiver link from your party confirmation email to all your guests prior to your party for quick check-in.

What can I bring if I book a party?

If you book a party package, you may bring outside food and drink. Your party package will include pizza and waters. Pitchers of soda and ice cream cups can be added at checkout.

Be sure to bring the serving utensils for anything you bring (i.e. cake – cake knife, salad tongs, etc.).

Decorations are welcome; however, no glitter, silly string, or anything that leaves residue. We can provide damage-free tape for hanging your decor, so please don’t bring damaging tape or thumbtacks. Dirty party areas (parties that engage in food fights, leave stains or stickers, or any other excessive mess) may be subject to a $50 cleaning fee, and damages may incur additional charges.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time and let your party guest know to do the same so we can confirm waivers.

Everyone will need to check in at the Party Desk Check-in (not the registers).

Party areas will not be accessible more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party.

Parties that stay in their party areas longer than 15 minutes after the end of their party may be charged an additional $50 fee.

What is the deposit for and when do I pay?

To book a party, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is applied to your final bill. You may pay the full balance at the time of booking or pay the remainder at the end of your event.

You may add guests, pizza, ice cream, sodas, etc. any time, including during your party.

At the end of your event please pay any remaining balance at the party desk or to your party host.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a party, the deposit can be transferred to a new party reservation date/time. Otherwise, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Parties must be canceled at least three days in advance. Parties canceled within three days of the reservation date will not be able to apply the deposit payment to a new party reservation date.

Does the birthday child count as a guest?

Yes, you will need to include the birthday child/guest of honor in the number of guests to purchase for your party.

Can I add more guests/pizza/drinks, etc. later?

You may add guests, pizza, ice cream, sodas, etc. any time, including during your party. Seating within the party area/room may become limited if you add guests late, but there is general seating throughout the park.

Do you provide plates, cups, napkins, etc.?

Party packages include a plastic disposable tablecloth in the color of your choice and napkin dispensers are available in all party areas. We provide utensils to serve pizzas and we can provide basic paper plates, forks, cups, etc. if needed. Most guests like to bring themed disposables that can be matched with the tablecloth we provide.
