Log in to your Airborne account to easily manage or cancel your membership online.
Cancellation Instructions
- You can easily manage or cancel a Frequent Flyer Membership online:
- Log in or Create an Account using the email address associated with your membership.
- Once logged in, click “My Tickets” at the top.
- Scroll to your membership and click “View Details”.
- Click “Manage” to upgrade your membership, change payment details, or cancel your membership.
- Successfully cancelled memberships will show “Pending Cancellation” upon completion. You can reactivate online any time!
- Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid a renewal charge.
